The Castine Historical Society is thrilled to partner with the Wilson Museum and the Witherle Memorial Library to host Maine Preservation for a residency August 4-6 here in Castine!

Maine Preservation is charting a course for maritime Castine. Our next residency, August 4-6, is a highly requested opportunity to connect with our staff in-person for help addressing your pressing preservation questions and challenges.

During our Castine Residency, Maine Preservation’s expert staff will provide technical guidance for old building stewardship and highlight how our programs and services could serve the community. If you would like to connect with our team as well as others who care about local preservation, please join us for a presentation at the Witherle Memorial Library on August 4 at 5PM. This will be followed by a casual meet-and-greet across the street at the Castine Historical Society.
