Through exhibitions, lectures and special events, the Castine Historical Society reveals the historic treasures still present throughout the town. Our extensive archives help bring to life the rich history of Castine and the Bagaduce River area, as well as that of the New England region and beyond.  Your membership payment goes toward helping us bring this rich history to the public, and ensure its availability for future generations.

Membership is available to anyone with an interest in the Castine Historical Society, and makes a great gift for someone who enjoys Castine and its history.
