Of special note, the entree course will be prepared by trained professional chef, Finnian Peralta of Estrella Events. Known for his passion for using the freshest ingredients handled with simplicity and finesse, Finnian spent time in the kitchen of chef David Bouley. Finnian’s style of cooking can best be described as contemporary French cuisine with strong Spanish and Japanese influences.
