Mixed green salad with cheddar, apples, pecans, and a cider bacon vinaigrette
Braised beef short rib in a red wine reduction, mushroom saute, and sweet potato puree (Option #1)
Pan seared Creole seasoned scallops, sweet potato puree, onion marmalade and arugula greens (Option #2)
Vegetarian spaghetti squash hash over baked polenta (Option #3)
Individual apple crisps with bourbon whipped cream
