You can start at any house or garden and go in any order.<\/li>\n<li>Additional maps and brochures will be available at the houses and gardens.<\/li>\n<li>Please check in with the property attendant before entering the house or garden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Food &amp; Drink<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Please use the Visit Castine website <a href=\"https:\/\/castine.me.us\/welcome\/visit-castine\/\">Vacation in Castine, Maine &#8211; Sightseeing, Things to Do, Places to Stay<\/a> for information on food, lodging and local businesses. Castine is a bustling town in the summer, with places to eat, to stay, and for entertainment.<\/li>\n<li>Check out the <em>Things to Do<\/em> tab for information about other events in town during the week of the tour.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Restrooms<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Restrooms will be available at the following locations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Public Restrooms at the Town Dock<\/li>\n<li>Restroom at the Castine Historical Society, 17 School Street<\/li>\n<li>Restrooms in the Hutchins Education Center at the Wilson Museum, 112 Perkins Street<\/li>\n<li>Restroom at the Castine Yacht Club from Noon \u2013 3:00pm, 63 Water Street<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Viewing the Houses &amp; Gardens There is no set order of the Tour.
